Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing a plan from Rynox Hosting ("Rynox", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. Minecraft players under 13 require a parent or guardian account.

Rynox provisions and operates game servers and virtual machines on infrastructure we lease from third-party providers. We do not own the underlying hardware and we do not guarantee that a particular physical machine is dedicated to you.

Each purchase grants you the right to use one provisioned resource for as long as your subscription is paid and in good standing. It does not transfer ownership of the hardware, the software licence, or any part of our platform.

You agree not to use any Rynox resource to: send unsolicited bulk email or abuse mail relay; host or distribute malware; attack, probe, scan or flood any third-party system; run cryptomining; circumvent or attempt to circumvent resource limits, fair-use policy or billing; infringe intellectual property rights of others; or host content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

We operate network-level DDoS protection on every plan. Attempts to attack third parties from a Rynox resource will result in immediate suspension without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where the law requires it.

Plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are exclusive of any tax we are required to collect, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the customer dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and no partial months are refunded.

If payment fails we will attempt to notify you and retry. A resource that is unpaid for more than 7 days is suspended, and after 30 days it may be deleted. You are responsible for exporting anything you need before that point.

Promotional codes, booster rewards, invite rewards and partner commissions are discretionary and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless a code states otherwise, each is limited to one use per account and has no cash value.

A resource granted for a Discord boost or invite tier remains active only for as long as the qualifying condition holds. Removing a boost, or having an invite tier revoked, suspends or deletes the granted resource as described at the point of claim.

We may decline to honour a code where it has clearly been abused, including through alternate accounts, and doing so will not affect any legitimate purchase already completed.

Because provisioning is automated and immediate, a resource is generally non-refundable once it has been created. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will issue a full refund where: the resource was provisioned in error and cannot be used; the service was unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours through no fault of yours; or you are a first-time customer who request a refund within 7 days of their first payment.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

We publish an uptime target on the site and operate automatic restarts, health monitoring and DDoS mitigation. These are targets, not absolute guarantees.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance in Discord wherever practicable. Emergency maintenance to address abuse, exploitation or a security incident may happen without notice.

You retain all rights to content you upload to your resource. You grant us only the licence needed to store, back up, transmit and display that content in order to run the service.

We store your account details, order history and payment references. Full card details are never stored on our systems — payment is handled entirely by our payment providers.

You may stop using Rynox at any time and cancel your subscriptions. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for a breach of these terms, in particular the acceptable use provisions, or where required by law.

On termination we may delete your resource and its data. You are responsible for exporting anything you need first.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or lost game worlds.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in Discord and, where they affect existing subscriptions, take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
