Shipping and exchange

Rynox sells digital services. This page explains what “delivery” means, how fast it happens, and how plan changes work.

Last updated 2026-10-07

1. What "shipping" means here

Rynox sells digital services, so there is no physical shipment. When we say we deliver or ship a server, we mean we provision it: the server is created on our infrastructure, its software is installed and started, and you receive the connection address in the dashboard.

Everything we sell is provisioned automatically. Nothing is held in stock and nothing is dispatched.

2. Delivery times

Orders are fulfilled by an automated queue. In normal operation the server is provisioned within 2 minutes of payment clearing, and almost always within 10.

We do not promise a time we have not measured. If a server has not been provisioned within 60 minutes of payment, treat that as a failure and contact us: the order is refunded or re-provisioned on another node at our choice.

3. What you receive on delivery

Your server includes the resources in the plan you bought: the stated memory, vCPU share, disk, and player slots. Software is selected from the versions available at the time of ordering.

If a plan cannot be delivered with the resources you selected, we will not silently downgrade it. Either we provision what you paid for, or we refund in full.

4. Plan changes and exchanges

You can change a plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

A downgrade never removes disk data. It reduces the disk available to you, and you should remove files before it takes effect if you would exceed the new limit.

Where a plan price changes, existing subscriptions keep their price until you change plan or cancel. We do not reprice current customers.

5. Software versions

We publish the server software versions we support on the status and support pages. We aim to support Minecraft Java and Bedrock, including Paper, Spigot, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Velocity, and to add versions as they are requested.

A version we stop supporting does not affect a server already running it. You keep the version you provisioned until you upgrade it yourself.

6. When delivery fails

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we do one of two things: provision the order on another node, or cancel and refund it in full. We decide which, but you do not pay for something you are not using.

The refund policy covers the detail of timings and eligibility.
